Famous Litti Chokha of Bihar

Litti-Chokha is a very tasty and nutritious dish, Litti Chokha is the signature dish of Bihar. Litti is a baked dish made of whole wheat flour, filled with pitthi (a mixture of sattu (roasted gram flour), spices and lemon juice). The litti is dipped in ghee and served with chokha. Mix mashed vegetables with mustard oil, lemon juice, spices and onions. This is a traditional eaten dish primarily in Bihar and Jharkhand, but is also popular in parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh as well as across India.
Now add green chillies, ginger, coriander, garlic, salt and fennel seeds, celery, red chillies etc. to this mixture and mix it. Add lemon juice and mustard oil as well.
After this, make dough of flour and make chapati.
Press it gently to fill the mixture in it. Take a little bit of the sattu mixture and fill it, like filling in gujiyas, and roll it by pressing the edges from all sides. You can also cook it in oven or gas stove. Your litti is ready.
Ingredients to make Aloo-Chokha
onion – chopped
Green chili - chopped (one teaspoon)
Garlic - chopped (one teaspoon)
Mustard oil - two spoons
Lemon juice - as per taste
salt - to taste

Brinjal - 2 roasted
2 boiled - potatoes
chilli powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric
2 - Chop green chilies.
1 - chopped onion
1 - lemon
Green Coriander - Chopped
salt - as per taste
